## Your Role at Otis
As a Service Technician I, you'll be essential to keeping the elevators and escalators running smoothly that millions of people depend on daily in João Pessoa. Your work ensures that customers and passengers can trust the systems that move them safely through their cities.
## Schedule and Location
You'll work Monday through Saturday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, based at LOC6014: R. Vandick Pinto Filgueiras, 120, João Pessoa, Paraíba, 58043-022, Brazil.
## What You'll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities include executing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repairs on both Otis elevators and other brands. You'll anticipate potential technical scenarios, develop thorough diagnostics, and propose practical solutions to keep systems operational. Customer interaction is a key part of your role—you'll prioritize their needs and communicate clearly about technical issues and solutions.
## What We're Looking For
You should have completed high school education and possess technical training in one or more of these fields: Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical systems, or Electronics. Safety knowledge is critical, specifically NR10 and NR35 certifications are required. Experience with elevator and escalator maintenance and service is a significant advantage that sets you apart.
