## About This Role You'll be the backbone of our store operations, delivering the reliable advice and exceptional service that keeps our customers coming back. Your deep product knowledge combined with your automotive repair and testing experience will allow you to provide technical guidance whenever customers need it. Whether you're assisting with a sale or taking ownership of store operations in the manager's absence, you'll do it all with a service-first attitude that exceeds expectations. ## What You'll Do Daily Provide outstanding customer service by offering knowledgeable, trustworthy advice on our products and automotive solutions. You'll demonstrate expertise in automotive repair and testing, offering technical assessment when necessary. Beyond the sales counter, you'll manage product displays to keep our store looking sharp and well-maintained. You'll support cash handling operations and back up fellow Auto. Zoners whenever they need it—including stepping into a leadership role when the store manager isn't present. Your responsibilities include assisting the store manager with overall store management and helping develop newer team members into knowledgeable Auto. Zoners. You'll ensure specialized customer service throughout every interaction, maintain proper inventory control while driving sales and keeping the store presentable, and handle all documentation and processes related to sales, pricing, and physical inventory counts. Additionally, you'll support teammates with less technical knowledge to help them complete sales correctly. ## What We're Looking For You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience with leadership and achieving targets is essential, and you must be available to work weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is desirable, as is familiarity with the automotive industry segment. Your background in automotive repair and testing will be particularly valuable in this role.
