QUALITY SUPERVISOR

Communicate with other departments, such as production and engineering, to address any quality concerns and implement improvements. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of materials and components used in JBL products. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to quality control. Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including reports and records. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the quality control process. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of JBL products. Communicate with customers and address any quality complaints or concerns. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety and quality regulations. Assist with quality-related projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
