Project Manager Marketing & Retention

Our team spans the globe - from South Africa to Singapore, Portugal to the Philippines. The Role You're the backbone of our production process. As Project Coordinator, you'll ensure seamless communication between clients and our strategists, designers, copywriters, and specialists - making sure every deliverable is briefed, assigned, and delivered on time. Every deadline you protect is revenue earned. Every one you miss is revenue lost. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day production across client accounts in ClickUp Transfer briefs, assign tasks, and keep project statuses accurate at all times Handle client communication for approvals, feedback, and ad hoc requests Flag delays and risks to strategists immediately Coordinate QA before work goes to clients Facilitate team meetings and maintain organized project documentation What We're Looking For 3+ years in a project management role within a marketing agency Solid understanding of email marketing and retention campaigns Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (highly preferred) Proficiency in ClickUp and Google Workspace (required) Sharp attention to detail, excellent written communication, and consistent follow-through Self-directed, fast-moving, and comfortable owning outcomes Why NLE 100% remote A genuinely chill culture that takes the work seriously (not itself) Real opportunities to grow within the agency
