Job Summary: • The Procurement Manager role focuses on executing procurement activities, maintaining supplier relationships, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: • 1 Procurement Process Execution: • Oversee daily procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts to fulfill the company's requirements. • 2 Supplier Relationship Maintenance: • Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of goods and services. Assist in negotiating favorable contracts and ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms. • 3 Market Monitoring and Cost Efficiency: • Observe market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities. Provide basic insights to support procurement decisions and process improvements. • 4 Internal Stakeholder Support: • Work with internal teams to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Assist in maintaining quality standards across procurement activities. • 5 Compliance and Documentation: • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures, maintaining records of all purchasing activities and pricing details accurately. • 6 Reporting: • Generate regular reports on procurement activities, tracking supplier performance, and procurement efficiency. Utilize gathered data to assist in enhancing procurement processes. Major Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain or MBA majors. • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, specifically in purchasing uniforms, bags, printing and plastic materials, equipment, and logistics both internationally and domestically within Brazil. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Experience working with the food delivery industry is a plus. • Familiarity with procurement software and tools. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
