Strong familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, plus a proactive “test-and-learn” mindset, is essential. Experience marketing to B2B audiences is required, and experience in the eCommerce industry is highly desirable. This is a 100% remote position. • *Qualifications** • *Top 5 Responsibilities** - Execute multi-channel performance campaigns (SEM, paid social, display, retargeting) targeting key segments under guidance from the SVP of Marketing. - Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on ad copy, creative, and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates. - Manage daily budget pacing, bid strategies, and audience targeting within Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms. - Build and maintain nurture streams in Pardot, HubSpot, or similar platforms — including segmentation, dynamic content, and lead scoring — based on performance insights. - Produce weekly performance summaries highlighting key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI, SAL) and actionable recommendations. • *Other Responsibilities** - Collaborate with partner, content, and design teams to align campaigns with editorial calendars and GTM offerings. - Partner with Sales to ensure clean lead hand-offs and accurate funnel tracking in HubSpot. - Coordinate with web/development teams to troubleshoot tracking issues, implement pixels, and QA landing pages. - Support the SVP of Marketing in deeper channel analyses (e.g., cohort LTV, attribution modeling) and in preparing monthly executive presentations. - Stay current on emerging ad formats, platform features, and best practices in B2B commerce marketing. - Recommend small-scale pilot projects to validate new channels and strategies. • *Qualifications** • *Top 5 Qualifications** - Strong analytical mindset; able to pull data, interpret trends, and make data-driven recommendations. - Proficient with HubSpot marketing automation and CRM. - Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, account-based marketing (ABM), and multi-touch attribution. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills; thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. • *Other Qualifications** - Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. - Experience using GenAI tools to support marketing activities, campaigns, and analysis. - Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Experience in eCommerce (Adobe Commerce/Magento, BigCommerce, Mirakl, or Shopify) is highly desirable. - Familiarity with A/B testing tools, tag managers, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau). - Knowledge of marketing KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel conversion metrics. - Advanced English. • *Additional Information** • *What We Can Offer You**: - A career with thought leaders who literally wrote the book on Marketplace Best Practices. - A career in the fast-paced world of retail eCommerce, digital marketplaces, and platform businesses. - A career with first movers who are deploying new business models and strategies worldwide. - A career in a flat management structure without a rigid hierarchy and bureaucracy. - A career in a culture that rewards creativity and innovation, risk-taking and teamwork. • *Additional Information**: • *Our Core Values**:Caring, Adaptable, Proactive Ownership, Empowering Clients • *eCommerce & Marketplace Platforms**: Adobe Commerce (Magento), Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), SAP Hybris, Mirakl, ChannelAdvisor, IBM WebSphere Commerce, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, commercetools, Oracle Commerce, Elastic Path, Spryker • *Technology & Tools**: CRM (Salesforce), SaaS Sales, PIM (Product Information Management), CPQ (Configure Price Quote), CMS (Content Management Systems), OMS (Order Management Systems), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), BI Tools (Business Intelligence) McFadyen’s goal is
