Main Responsibilities: • Support recruitment, onboarding, and integration processes for new hires. • Manage administrative HR tasks, including leave requests, absences, vacations, working hours, and temporary staff. • Assist in the organization and follow-up of internal training initiatives. • Manage employee benefits and coordinate medical examinations. • Prepare and report HR information to Headquarters. • Participate in talent attraction initiatives, including job fairs and employer branding activities. • Support the Occupational Health & Safety area and contribute to the general activities of the People & Culture department. What we are looking for? • A proactive, energetic, and positive-minded individual. • Eagerness to take on new challenges and continue developing professionally. • Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software. • Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English, knowledge of Spanish will be considered an asset.
