Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Operator located in Joinville, SC. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality of manufactured components. Tasks include interpreting technical drawings, conducting equipment inspections, performing routine maintenance on machines, and adhering to safety protocols. Additionally, the CNC Operator will collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and optimize workflows. Qualifications • Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machinery • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints • Skills in conducting equipment inspections and performing routine maintenance • Familiarity with safety standards and operational protocols in manufacturing • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively • Relevant work experience in CNC operations; trade certifications are advantageous • High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education or vocational training is highly preferred
