We don’t sell theory—we deliver real conversations with prospects that turn into revenue. We’re building a sales team focused on one thing: consistent production. The Role This is a phone-based, full-cycle sales role where you are responsible for closing new business. You will • Handle inbound appointments booked directly on your calendar • Prospect and generate opportunities through outbound calling • Run sales conversations with U.S.-based financial advisors (in English) • Close deals and hand off clients to our Customer Success team This is not an account management role. This is a new business, revenue-generating position. What This Role Actually Looks Like • 80–120 outbound calls per day • 2–3 hours of daily talk time • Monthly quota: $10K+ in new recurring revenue • Fully remote, working U.S. (EST) hours • All conversations conducted in English This is a high-activity, performance-driven environment. If you are not comfortable on the phone every day, this will not be a fit. Compensation • Base salary paid in USD • Commission earned on every deal closed How commission works: • You earn commission on each sale, paid over the first 3 months of the client relationship • This equals approximately 12% total revenue per deal Typical earnings: • Most reps: $3K–$5K/month USD • Top performers: $5K–$6K+/month USD Income is directly tied to consistent performance. Who Succeeds in This Role • You are fluent in English and comfortable speaking for multiple hours daily • You have experience selling over the phone (B2B preferred) • You are consistent with high outbound activity • You handle rejection without losing momentum • You are motivated by performance-based income This Role Is NOT a Fit If • You prefer inbound-only or low-activity sales roles • You are not comfortable making 80+ calls per day • You are looking for account management or customer support work • You are not confident speaking English with U.S.-based clients Requirements • Fluent English (spoken and written) • 3–5+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred) • Experience with outbound prospecting and closing • Comfortable working U.S. hours (EST) • Reliable internet and professional remote setup
