Litigation Paralegal – California Litigation
Remote I Pay: $11/hour I Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join a growing and tech-forward California legal team handling Labor & Employment Law, Personal Injury, and Business Litigation matters.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, capable of independently managing litigation support responsibilities, and experienced with California state and federal court procedures.
What You'll Do
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation in California state and federal courts
- Draft, prepare, and manage pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and settlement documents
- Coordinate court filings and maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and schedules
- Manage document productions, organization, and electronic case files
- Prepare deposition summaries, witness lists, exhibit binders, and trial materials
- Assist with factual investigations and case development
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial schedules with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Communicate professionally with clients while maintaining excellent client service
- Utilize legal technology and case management systems to streamline workflows and support litigation strategy
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience preferred
Experience in Employment Law, Personal Injury, or Business Litigation strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of California civil procedure, court rules, filing requirements, and litigation deadlines
Ability to independently manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, proofreading, and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
High attention to detail, professionalism, and accountability
Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and legal staff in a remote environment
