ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY A leading global consumer and professional grooming products company is proactively building a pipeline of Digital Marketing talent for potential future opportunities supporting our LATAM business growth. Candidates may be considered for future openings aligned with regional business expansion and organizational needs. We are looking for a strategic and digitally driven Marketing leader to lead the development and execution of regional digital marketing, ecommerce communication, creative development, and brand engagement initiatives across Latin America. This role will act as a key driver of the regional digital ecosystem, partnering closely with LATAM commercial and marketing teams to strengthen brand presence, improve digital performance, support ecommerce growth initiatives, and ensure consistent execution across all digital channels and markets. REPORTING & KEY RELATIONSHIPS Reports directly to the LATAM Marketing Director. Leads the regional Digital Marketing and Creative team (5 direct reports). Partners closely with Regional Managing Directors, Commercial teams, Ecommerce teams, Global Marketing stakeholders, external agencies, creative partners, and regional cross-functional teams across the organization. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Develop and execute LATAM digital marketing strategies aligned with regional business objectives • Lead regional initiatives across social media, influencer marketing, email marketing, inbound marketing, and digital advertising • Support ecommerce and DTC communication strategies across LATAM markets • Coordinate regional creative development with internal teams and external agencies • Supervise and coordinate the regional in-house creative agency structure and external creative partners • Lead regional photo and video production initiatives • Analyze digital marketing and ecommerce performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve engagement • Develop and maintain regional digital and ecommerce reporting dashboards and presentations • Lead, coach, and develop the regional digital and creative team • Manage digital marketing and creative-related budgets and regional marketing projects WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Business, or related field • 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and Communication • Strong experience with social media, influencer marketing, email marketing, inbound marketing, and digital advertising • Experience supporting ecommerce or DTC channels across multiple markets • Experience leading projects, agencies, and regional teams • Strong understanding of LATAM digital marketing and consumer engagement dynamics • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok, YouTube, CRM/email marketing, and marketing automation tools • Experience with creative development and content production processes • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills • Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural LATAM environment WHY JOIN?
