Human Resources Officer

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on HR Officer to join our team in Brazil. This role is ideal for an HR professional with generalist experience in a manufacturing environment who enjoys working in a dynamic and multicultural business. You will support the full spectrum of HR activities, working closely with local management and regional HR teams to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities • Support daily HR operations and administration, including employee records and HR documentation • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters • Ensure HR processes comply with local labor regulations and company policies • Support payroll preparation and coordination with payroll providers • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and training programs • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR officer role • Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred • Previous experience in a multinational company environment (MNC) is an advantage • Good understanding of Brazilian labor laws and HR practices • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Education & Language • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field • Fluent Portuguese and good command of English Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in an international and collaborative environment • Exposure to regional HR practices and projects • A chance to grow your HR career within a dynamic organization
