Global Events Marketing Specialist - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This is a one-year contract position focused on the strategic and operational support of a global event portfolio. ●The ideal candidate will be a Project Management professional with dedicated event expertise. ● You will support event production, content, and technology, collaborating across creative, sponsorship, and demand generation teams to ensure the success of high-impact corporate events. ●Note: This role focuses on the planning, logistics, and administrative orchestration of events. ● No on-site presence is required; the focus is on remote project management excellence. ●Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of global events, focusing on pre-event logistics and coordination. ●- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including contracts, SOWs, and service confirmations. ●- Registration Management: Oversee attendee registration processes, RSVP tracking, event databases, and room block management. ●- Graphics & Swag Support: Program manage the creation of design tickets, signage, and swag with internal teams and external agencies. ●- Feedback & Analysis: Gather and analyze post-event surveys to assess success and identify areas for improvement. ●- Budget Tracking: Assist in event budgets and expense tracking, ensuring adherence to annual and program-level budgets. ●- Administrative Management: Maintain project timelines, update planning decks, manage purchase orders, and handle invoice management. ●- Event Tech Coordination: Partner with tech teams on website management, registration form builds, and quality control (QC). ●Basic Qualifications:- 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in event marketing and event production. ●- Proven experience managing budgets greater than $500K. ●- Familiarity with contracting and accounting processes, including negotiating contracts and cost savings. ●- Excellent time management, resource management, and planning skills. ●- Solid budget management skills and a strong analytical approach to problem-solving. ●- Experience collaborating across various departments and stakeholders. ●- A "roll up your sleeves" mentality and excellent organizational skills. ●.
