A Edelman está com uma nova oportunidade para atuar como Estudante de Contabilidade (Estagiário/a) na área Financeira em nosso escritório de São Paulo, localizado em Pinheiros, ao lado da estação Fradique Coutinho do metrô. Atualmente, estamos trabalhando de maneira híbrida. Sendo 3 dias no escritório e 2 dias em casa. O que você vai fazer: Apoiar a organização e controle de documentos contábeis e financeiros Auxiliar nos lançamentos contábeis e conferência de informações em sistema Dar suporte na conferência e processamento de notas fiscais Apoiar atividades de conciliação bancária e controles financeiros básicos Auxiliar no acompanhamento de pagamentos e pendências administrativas Contribuir para a organização de planilhas e relatórios da área Apoiar o time nas rotinas administrativas e operacionais do departamento financeiro/contábil Colaborar com melhorias de processos e organização de informações internas O que buscamos: Estar cursando Ensino Superior em Ciências Contábeis no período noturno (a partir do 5º semestre, preferencialmente) Disponibilidade para estagiar em São Paulo – Pinheiros Interesse em desenvolver carreira nas áreas contábil, financeira ou fiscal Perfil organizado, analítico, proativo e com vontade de aprender Atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com prazos Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalho em equipe Conhecimento básico/intermediário do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel Facilidade com números e raciocínio lógico Inglês Intermediário Diferenciais: Vivência acadêmica ou cursos complementares em contabilidade, finanças ou fiscal Conhecimento básico em sistemas financeiros/ERP Interesse em desenvolvimento profissional na área contábil Perfil colaborativo e senso de responsabilidade Condições e Benefícios: Auxílio de Estágio = R$ 1.600,00 Auxílio Transporte Auxílio Refeição Vale Alimentação Assistência Médica Assistência Odontológica Seguro de Vida Wellhub/Gympass TotalPass Aplicativo de bem-estar Calm Avaliação formal de performance e desenvolvimento Day Off de aniversário We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
