What you’ll do:
• HubSpot Mastery: Architect and optimize complex workflows, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead scoring models to hit MQL and upsell targets.
• Daily Operations: Execute and monitor daily deployments of Email and WhatsApp campaigns with 100% technical accuracy.
• Revenue & Upsell Focus: Build automated journeys specifically designed for product upsell and cross-sell, increasing the lifetime value of our contacts database.
• Data Hygiene & Health: Own the integrity of our HubSpot database. You will ensure properties are correctly mapped, data flows are seamless, and the portal remains clean and scalable.
• Stakeholder Management: partner with sales teams to ensure lead handoff is seamless and feedback loops are active; collaborate with global marketing teams to align on technical standards, tool updates, and best practices; handle relationships with external vendors to ensure service stability and performance.
• Growth & Testing: Implement a continuous A/B testing roadmap (copy, triggers, segmentation) to improve conversion rates across the entire funnel.
• Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators: MQL volume, influenced revenue, and database growth/health.
What Success Looks Like:
• Consistently hitting or exceeding monthly MQL targets on multiple marketing channels.
• A "gold standard" HubSpot portal with high data integrity and low technical debt.
• Strong alignment and smooth collaboration between local marketing, sales, and global teams.
• Flawless execution of daily campaign deployments and weekly roadmap planning.
Qualifications
• Proven HubSpot Expertise (Mandatory): Extensive experience with workflows, segments and advanced reporting.
• Senior Marketing Background: Experience in CRM or Marketing Ops for B2B SaaS, with a clear track record of driving revenue.
• Stakeholder Communication: Ability to translate technical CRM logic into business impact for Sales and Global stakeholders.
• Database Specialist: Expert in list management, property logic, and data cleansing.
• Detail-Oriented: You triple-check every link, trigger, and exclusion rule before hitting "Publish".
• Result-Oriented: You focus on the bottom line and how automations contribute to revenue.
• Fluent English: Mandatory for collaboration with global squads, daily communication and technical documentation.
Bonus Points:
• HubSpot Certifications (Marketing Software, Reporting, or Platform Consulting).
• Experience with WhatsApp automation APIs and CRM integrations.
• Intermediate+ in Spanish.

Workplace Location:

• Remote model: you will work 100% from home, but you will also be welcome in our offices in Curitiba and Rio de Janeiro.
