Job Purpose To manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient procurement, strong supplier performance, cost control, and full compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities Managing the full procurement cycle, from requisition to service completion Leading bidding processes, contract management, and supplier selection Monitoring supplier performance, ensuring quality and compliance with scope Controlling costs, tracking budgets, and managing variations Building strong relationships with local and international suppliers Supporting internal stakeholders with supplier data, documentation, and service follow-up Ensuring compliance with financial and fiscal regulations Driving continuous improvements and supporting framework agreements Collaborating with global Supply Chain teams to optimize sourcing Maintaining ERP accuracy and following up on open requisitions Participating in operational meetings with offshore teams Authorizing payments and managing procurement-related expenses Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields) Advanced English ERP knowledge Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Leadership and supervisory skills Solid knowledge of oil & gas technology and offshore engineering Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools Ability to quickly learn internal systems and FPSO-related applications Benefits Meal and food allowances Bradesco Health Insurance (extended to family members at no cost, with no co-pay) Life Insurance Private Pension Plan Childcare Allowance Note This position is open exclusively to Brazilian citizens.
