## What You'll Do
In this role, you'll make impact in several key ways. You'll transcribe, type, format, and revise a variety of materials including correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, speeches, and presentations using text processing software, presentation tools, graphics, and spreadsheet applications.
You'll also handle customer service responsibilities, including opening and closing Service Orders. Beyond these core duties, you'll perform other administrative tasks according to established guidelines and procedures, ensuring these activities are completed with precision and within established timelines.
## What We're Looking For
You'll need to have completed high school education. Knowledge of administrative routines and proficiency with the Office Suite are essential for this role.
While pursuing higher education is a plus, it's not required. Additional experience with technical scheduling and warranty processes would be considered advantageous but are also not mandatory.
