Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Analista Pleno de Relações Governamentais em nosso escritório de Brasília. Atualmente estamos trabalhando de maneira híbrida - 4 dias no escritório e 1 dia remoto. Estamos localizados na região de Asa Sul, Brasília. Principais responsabilidades Monitorar movimentações legislativas, regulatórias e políticas relevantes para os clientes Apoiar pesquisas e análises sobre políticas públicas, cenário político e stakeholders-chave Contribuir na execução de estratégias de relações governamentais e planos de engajamento Elaborar briefings, relatórios, apresentações e materiais de apoio Apoiar o relacionamento com stakeholders, incluindo órgãos governamentais e associações Dar suporte na organização de reuniões, eventos e agendas institucionais Redigir conteúdos institucionais e materiais de advocacy Trabalhar de forma integrada com equipes internas para garantir alinhamento estratégico Acompanhar atividades da área e contribuir com reports de resultados O que estamos buscando Graduação completa em Ciência Política, Relações Internacionais, Direito, Comunicação, Administração Pública ou áreas correlatas Experiência prévia em relações governamentais, políticas públicas, advocacy ou áreas relacionadas Conhecimento do sistema político brasileiro e do processo legislativo Boa capacidade analítica e de organização de informações Comunicação clara e objetiva, tanto escrita quanto verbal Inglês intermediário/avançado Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe e se relacionar com diferentes perfis Proatividade e interesse em aprendizado contínuo Familiaridade com pacote Office Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento legislativo será um diferencial Benefícios: Vale Transporte; Vale Refeição/ Alimentação (Cartão flexível); Assistência Médica; Seguro de Vida; Wellhub/Gympass; TotalPass; Aplicativo de bem-estar Calm; Convênio com o SESC; Avaliação formal de performance e carreira; Day Off de aniversário.
