Accounting Analyst I

Job Description: • Verify that client documentation complies with required standards • Conduct alignment meetings with new clients, as needed • Submit ancillary tax and regulatory obligations, including ECD, ECF, REINF, DIRF, and IBGE filings, according to the required frequency • Assist clients daily by answering questions and resolving issues • Complete clients’ bank registration forms • Close trial balances daily, ensuring the accuracy of the information • Submit DIRF filings and annual income statements to partners • Prepare balance sheets, including posting bank statement transactions, importing payroll and tax data, and reconciling accounts • Present balance sheets and trial balances to clients with leadership support • Serve as a technical reference and provide guidance to the accounting team • Develop materials and provide training to the team • Stay up to date on the impacts of RT on accounting entries • Perform other duties inherent to the position Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • Active CRC registration • Assertive communication • Proactivity • Organization and time management • Emotional intelligence • Teamwork • Critical analysis • Advanced computer skills • Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Power BI, Domínio, Onvio, Gesta, Sieg, Mr Contador, Conta Azul, and the use of AI • Mathematical calculation skills • Knowledge of REINF • Experience with medium- and high-complexity companies Benefits: • Health insurance plan (90% coverage) • Birthday day off • Life insurance • Training platforms • Sesc DF partnership • Meal voucher: BRL 38.00 • Snack voucher: BRL 5.00 • Transportation allowance • Dental plan
